Teaching

Nanobiotechnology (BME6670)

In this course I give two lectures (typically in September) on nanofabrication techniques for life science and biomedical applications.

(2005-present)

Technology and Characterization at the Nanoscale (CNF-TCN)

This course takes place every January and June and covers photolithography, e-beam lithography, thin film deposition, etching, SEM, and AFM.

(2005-2014)

Fabrication of MEMS cantilevers and oscillators (CNF workshop)

I developed this hands-on workshop on cantilever and oscillator fabrication for graduate students from Clarkson University.

(2004-2012)

Kavli workshop

In this workshop I taught basic techniques in nanofabrication to interested journalists that were on campus hosted by the Kavli Institute.
